Delivery/Returns

As all beds are made to order, the delivery time is between 5-12 working days.

Please measure before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for the cancellation or redelivery of the bed.  All redeliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.

Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. 

In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at £89 + an additional fee for your postcode which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and  new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.

All our beds are made to order so if you wish to make any changes please let us know soon as possible before the bed is made. Email or call us and we can advise you what can be done.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order and the order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a charge of up to £89.

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees on returned goods. 

In case of the damaged item please send the description of the damage supported by the pictures straight away via email to us. We do offer an exchange if there is a manufacturing fault with the bed. If any items have a manufacturing fault , we will replace them for you swiftly.

In both of the above cases you (the buyer) have to Pay for  postage upto £89. These are all bespoke beds made to order so there are no returns or refunds in the case of the bed not fitting in the space available  please make sure to measure beforehand.

All items are quality checked before delivery please double check all items before signing a delivery note to confirm the satisfactory product delivered..,in the unfortunate damages on delivery via the courier please write on delivery note and take pictures of the damaged part as  proof as we are unable to claim of courier company otherwise and please advise us ASAP so all issues can ve resolves quickly.

Regretfully due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of mattresses without their original protective covering, so please make sure the mattress you have chosen is comfortable for you before unwrapping!

Please note: if you order an upholstered item in your choice of fabric or with specific dimensions (Special Size Headboards) your automatic right to return is revoked as the item has been created specifically for you. This does not affect returns due to faults in manufacturing.
