• Simply logon to our website and search for what you want to buy. If you would like to register your requirements we can keep you advised by e-mail if something suitable becomes available later (Please note that this service is also FREE!)

Sellers pay a registration fee as follows:

• From time to time we make special offers to register properties free of charge. When we do we are offering the waive the registration fees described below for the first 12 month period. However, any other fees described below will apply as normal (e.g., a fee still applies to change the price at any time during the 12 months).

• To register your property in our database for the first month you pay £12.00*.

• To continue your registration for a second month you pay £12.00*.

• For the third month you pay £8.00*.

• for the fourth month you pay £3.00*.

• For the fifth and subsequent months UNTIL YOUR HOUSE IS SOLD (up to a maximum of 12 months) your registration is FREE!! - all you need to do is to tell us to continue displaying your property each month.

• If you sell your property during the first month you will have no further registration fees to pay; this is also true during each subsequent month, it is therefore possible that you could sell your home for AS LITTLE AS £12!! that's less than the cost of most single newspaper adverts! - a saving of £1000's compared to convention estate agent fees!

• If you want to change the price of your property during the first four months you can do so at no extra cost when you pay your monthly registration fee. If you want to change the price at any other time you can do so by paying an administration fee of £7.50*.

• With the exception of the cost of price changes, the MAXIMUM you will pay is £12+£12+£8.00+£3.00 = £35.00* and this is spread out over four months into easily manageable installments.

• If you choose to pay in advance for the full twelve months we give you a discount of £5.00; you then pay just £30.00*!

• Where else can you advertise your property to MILLIONS of prospective purchasers for AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO SELL FOR JUST £30.00* (plus the cost of any price changes)???

• All fees are payable in pounds sterling (£) but we accept payment by most major credit and debit cards in many different currencies (you card would be debited for the equivalent of the fees stated in sterling in the currency you select for payment at the then current rate of exchange.).
